This includes Concept-level Math, Pre-algebra, and Algebra. I was also a part-time ELL assistant during the 2003-04 school year, while teaching part-time. The past four years of teaching have been very enriching and educational. I have learned a lot from working with students who vary vastly in their needs and backgrounds. My passion for teaching and mathematics has grown during these experiences. I feel my enthusiasm exudes to my students and colleagues.Currently, I am working on my Masters degree in the field of School Counseling. The coursework has been beneficial and applicable to the teaching profession.
My ePortfolio includes samples of lessons, activities, and assessments that I have created. I have also included various problems and activities that I created using Power Point. The use of technology is essential in a classroom, especially for student use. My hope is that you peruse through my work and get a sense of the work ethic, creativity, and knowledge I possess and employ in my classroom.
